Wells Fargo names Petro Commercial Real Estate lending manager, Casiano named senior real estate industry specialist, Davis named Anchorage business relationship manager

Andy Petro, Wells Fargo Anchorage, April 15, 2011 – Andy Petro has been named Alaska Commercial Real Estate manager for Wells Fargo.

Petro has worked with Alaska builders and developers as a commercial real estate industry specialist for the past eight years. During his 20-year career with Wells Fargo, Petro has served as a commercial leasing officer, store manager and business relationship manager in Ketchikan. He graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Humboldt State University.

Petro serves in the community as an Anchorage Rotary Club member. He also has served on several committees for Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Alaska, as University of Alaska Southeast Ketchikan campus advisory council vice chairperson, Ketchikan Rotary Club president and Ketchikan Visitors Bureau board member.

Sig Casiano, Wells Fargo Wells Fargo has named Sig Casiano senior commercial real estate industry specialist.

Casiano has 14 years of financial services experience in a myriad of retail and business banking roles. He started his career with Wells Fargo predecessor National Bank of Alaska as a customer service representative and served as a management trainee and business relationship manager for Kenai. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and he is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School.

Jennifer Davis, Wells Fargo Jennifer Davis-Hile has been named Anchorage business relationship manager.

Most recently, Davis served as a private banker in Anchorage. She has helped Wells Fargo Alaska customers succeed financially for eight years as a personal banker, investment management associate and private banker. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
